NEW Introduced a new “Review” step in the issue creation flow, showing the template structure
Users can select/unselect specific issues (child or sub-tasks) from the template.
This step appears only for hierarchical templates.
Variables step is only shown for selected issues and skipped if not needed.
IMPROVED Renamed issue creation steps for clarity:
old: Template → Variables → Creation
new: Select → Review → Fill → Result
