You can now manually link Jira issues within a template or outside its structure directly from the template management screen
Before
After
If you add a new relation to an existing work item in the template, the relation appears only in that issue. The correct link is created when new issues are generated from the template.
E.g.
-
Setting up “Task 1” blocks “Task 2”.

The “blocks” section appears in “Task 1”.

It does not appear in “Task 2”.

The actual link still exists.
This is known behavior.
