Audit Log

Use Audit Log to track and troubleshoot template actions like creating work items and applying templates.

Fields available:

• Date and Time (local)

• Status: SUCCESS or FAIL

• Operation: Create work items or Apply Template

• Template: link to the used template

• Details (expandable)

  • Actor

  • Project

  • Result

  • Params: like variables, project id

  • Source:

    • GIC - template used in the Global Issue Create screen

    • Manual - template used in App → Easy Template Flow screen

    • Prefill - template used in App → Easy Template Flow screen → Prefill option

To see exact items created from the template: expand the log entry and click the Result link (e.g., 5 issues processed). You will navigate to the All Work view with the relevant issues selected.
