You can easily copy a Jira issue template to adapt it for new use cases in Easy Templates for Jira app.

You must be a System Administrator or Project Administrator to perform these actions.

To Copy Template

1. Go to Manage Templates

2. Find the template in the list and click on “…” 3-dot menu
   

   

3. Click “Copy, enter new Template’s name and click “Copy”

   

4. You’ll see a success message

5. Press “Edit” and you’ll be navigated to a newly created Template

6. You’re done! Edit your template and use it for a new Jira issue creation 🎉
