License Expired – Subscription No Longer Active
Access to the application has been suspended because your license has expired. To continue using the app, simply renew your subscription.
Please note that only System, Org Administrators have permission to manage or update billing details.
Also, keep in mind that all billing and payments are handled directly by Atlassian. As a result, any questions or issues related to invoices, charges, or payment failures need to be addressed through Atlassian Support.
For detailed guidance on how to renew your license, follow the steps below.
Cloud Users
The renewal process depends on your Jira billing setup — whether you’re on a monthly or annual plan.
For Monthly Subscriptions
Verify that your billing method and/or payment card is added and still valid.
Go to admin.atlassian.com → Choose organization → Click Billing.
Choose Manage next to any of your products.
Under Billing details, click the Edit icon.
In the Payment method section, click Edit again.
Select a valid payment method, enter your details, and click Save.
If no payment method was previously set, look for the Add payment method button on the Payment methods page.
For Annual Subscriptions
If you’re billed annually, you’ll need to contact Atlassian Support or your Atlassian Solution Partner to request a renewal quote. Their customer advocates will review your account and send a quote for your subscription renewal.
